 Kathy Doerner was the CFO and Co-owner for Taylor Made Digital Systems, Inc. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Taylor Made Digital was a leading provider of office equipment and related services.   After selling that dealership in 2005 Kathy has been an independent consultant working closely with office equipment dealerships to adopt sound procedure and best practices. She enjoys helping her clients grasp the in-depth accounting methods of their software .  Kathy provides training focused on accounting and bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, process management, merger and acquisition analysis, bank reconciliations, cash flow forecasting, budgets and strategic planning.  Her background gives her the ability to understand where to focus her client's efforts thus providing a more accurate financial picture.  

Dan Doerner has provided training and consulting on the ERP system "E-automate TM " for almost 20 years. He has preformed over 300 on site installation and implementation engagements for small and large Businesses. Dan has trained and coached thousands of employees, managers, executives and owners. Highly technical and in depth knowledge of E-automate software and field service related products. Sound knowledge of most business processes Including accounting, inventory, purchasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, dispatch, order processing and sales. Dan was also President and operations manager for Taylor Made Digital Systems  There he built market presence, developed sales strategies, designed marketing materials and systems that quickly educated associates and target customers, and rapidly increased sales.
